Prices & Quotations

The prices shown on the site may be adjusted according to individual requirements or changes. Final quotations will be confirmed after the reception of your artwork or specifications. All prices exclude VAT.

We reserve the right to cancel any order and adjust prices on the site without notice.

Copyright & Trademarks

All contents on this site, including texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, and data, are property of us or its content suppliers. They are protected by international copyright laws. Some product images with logos or trademarks shown on the site are for display purposes only. Plagiarism is not allowed.

When supplying any logo, trademark or artwork, you need to guarantee you have the rights to use, copy, and distribute it. We are not liable for any claims for any products, ordered by the customer, that violate the rights of a third party.

Payment

Acceptable payment methods include: credit card, wire transfer (T/T) and Paypal.

Payment in US dollars for goods and related delivery charges are required. Production will not begin until we receive the payment or deposit.

Small Orders

We can accept orders with a smaller quantity than the MOQ displayed on the site. Extra charges may apply. Please ask about this when you place an order.

Claims

If products were lost or damaged during transit or if there are any claims in regards to the quality or quantity of products, please contact us within five (5) days of your items arriving.

Cancellation

If you would like to cancel the order, we will charge for the cancellation fee which includes the charges for the work already carried out prior to cancellation.

Remittance Information

Please remit to our bank account directly and remark your purchase order number for our reference. We will not deliver the shipment until receiving your payment. Thank you.
