Shipping Policy

 Please contact us for detailed shipping rates, charges, and delivery lead times.

• For small orders, our primary shipping company is DHL.
• For bulk orders, we can ship via sea/air freights. We can also ship through your courier account, agent, or forwarder.

 International customers may be required to pay additional customs/duties/other import-related fees depending on their country’s import regulations. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control and will be part of the buyer’s expenses. The processing time and delivery for your package may also be extended. Buyer’s may provide any special shipping/customs instructions at checkout. Refunds are not provided for abandoned packages.

Lead Time

For items in stock, we can ship within three (3) business days.
