I cannot find the lanyards or accessories that I’m looking for.

The items listed on our site are of the basic styles. However, what we can do is not limited to those. Please contact us if you don’t see what you are looking for.

 

How many colors I can print?

You can print as many colors as you want. We are a manufacturer in Taiwan, so we can customize most colors for you. The color limitation, costs, and MOQ will vary depending on which printing method (silk-screen printing or sublimation printing) is used. Please contact us to discuss the details.

 

How to send my artwork?

We need your digital artwork to make the best possible print. The files need to be in pdf, eps or ai formats. If you do not have these, don’t worry. You can send us drawings or image files (the higher the resolution, the better) or just let us know your design ideas. We have an in-house designer who can convert your logo to the correct format without charge. If you do not go through with the order, the fee will be charged (depending on the complexity of the design is).

We will not design for you, but we can implement your designs. All artwork will be approved by you before printing.

 

Do you provide a volume discount for big quantity orders?

Yes, please contact us directly for discounted prices.

 

Do you provide free samples?

For stock products, we can provide samples with freight collected.

For custom designs, we have reference samples with other branding on, so you can see what the print quality is like. Please contact us if you would like to see samples. You will be charged for shipping.

 

Can I get my customized samples before production?

Unfortunately, we are unable to send customized samples. We will send artwork proof for final approval on layouts, positions and contents prior to production.
For some items, we may be able to send a sample before production. However, there will be additional charges and the lead time will be longer as well.

 

Can I have my designated colors of lanyard or accessories?

Yes, you can pick up from our standard stock colors or choose your own Pantone color from our Pantone reference chart. Extra charges may be needed for the Pantone colors.

Please understand that there is a color variation between the Pantone chart and actual color. The color shading within production batches is also need to be accepted.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Once the order is placed, you will receive a invoice that confirms all details of the order and payment information.

 

What if my order is delayed?

Sometimes packages are delayed in transit and take extra time for delivery. Such circumstances are not under our control. If you do not receive the goods in a reasonable time, please contact us and we will trace the delivery status for you immediately.

 

Can an order be returned?

Shortage, missing parts, or errors must be claimed within five (5) days of receiving your goods. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss the issue an d figure out how we can make things right (i.e. making replacements or refund). If no claims are made within said five (5) days, the order will be deemed as completed.

For packages damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package, so we can work with the courier.

For other situations, returns and refunds are not acceptable.
